Ross is the loving husband of his beautiful wife, Aimee, and he is crazy about his 5 kids, Zachary, Taylor, Grace, Ethan, and Owen. He enjoys his life immensely because he lives in Colorado Springs and gets to lead worship at New Life Church. He works with some really incredible people who he has the privilege of calling his friends. Ross has been so fortunate to lead worship on several Integrity Music recordings including “My Savior Lives.”  and “I Am Free”. He enjoys watching the Denver Broncos, going to movies, and reading all kinds of good books. But his passion lies in training and equipping young men and women to lead worship in local churches, which is why he founded the New Life School of Worship. All this and he still looks so young!

Glenn Packiam is the Director of New Life School of Worship and an Associate Worship Pastor. He is the primary worship leader for the Sunday services and for New Life's college ministry, theMILL. Glenn is also one of the worship leaders and songwriters for the Desperation Band and is an exclusive songwriter with Integrity Music. What all this means
is that Glenn attends a lot of meetings, talks to a lot of people, plays a lot of music, and drinks a lot of coffee. And all of that eventually led to a book. Glenn is now the author of Butterfly in Brazil: How Your Life Can Make a World of Difference, published by Tyndale House. Glenn
and his absolutely amazing wife, Holly, and their two adorable daughters, Sophia and Norah, are enjoying life in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains.

Matthew leads worship and plays in the Sunday morning and evening rotations as well as serving in the capacity of band director for the Sunday morning musicians. He is also the producer on the New Life Worship recording projects for Integrity Music, including "I am Free", "Who You Are", "My Savior Lives", and "Everyone Overcome". He and his wife Elaine have three children: Luke, Nicholas, and Lauren (Preem).
